Founded in Montreal in 2011, the company specializes in sustainable and artisanal fish products from South America, and has the experience of a family of fish and seafood processors and distributors from the Pacific coast to Peru.

To promote ecological fishing, we offer seafood that is caught or cultivated with responsible techniques respecting the quota of each species to protect wildlife, we are committed to offer quality products without jeopardizing the health or function of marine life in our oceans.
Beyond the fun, our food choices have a direct impact on the producers, fishers and processors who provide us with our daily food. Solfish provides consumers with access to quality products that respect, among other things, the social conditions of workers. Most of our products come from artisanal fishing communities.
